Technical Details:

Construction:

  • Fabricated from superior M. S. angle irons 2" x 2" x 1/4"
  • Sturdy M.S. / G.I. sheets used inside and outside
  • High grade glass wool, 2" / 3" thick, used between outer and inner sheets to facilitate working temperatures upto 110°C / 200°C
  • Special Silicon based heat resistant aluminium paint coating on inside ; protective red oxide primer and finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on outside
  • Convenient air inlet and outlet provided
  • Doors on hinges with spring loaded ball and catch type locking arrangement

Heating:

  • Electric or finned electric heaters
  • All electric driers controlled with Digital Temp. Indicator cum Controller
  • Heaters on alternate section to ensure uniform temperature
  • Normal working temperature : 110°C
  • Maximum working temperature : 300°C

Air Circulation:

  • Forced draught, cross flow air circulation to ensure uniform temperature
  • Fans driven by V-belt and pulley arrangement by 3 Ø, 50 N, 440 V AC motors
  • Baffles provided for minimum pressure drop

Trays and Trolleys:

  • Trays 24" x 18" x 2", fabricated from Aluminium, M. S. or Stainless Steel
  • Built in racks available
  • Trolleys fabricated from M. S. sections on 4 wheels, 2-swivel type, for effortless movement (On Request)
  • Trolleys accommodate 24 trays
